What we collect
Your email and name (and your Google profile picture if you sign in with Google). What you give Hookline to learn your brand: answers, website text, documents and images. For each social account you connect: the account's name, id and the access tokens the network issues. Posts Hookline makes and the public results the networks report for them (likes, comments, views).
What we do with it
Only run Hookline for you: learn your brand, create and check posts, publish them to the accounts you connected, and measure how they do. We don't sell your data or use it to advertise to you.
AI providers
To write, check and illustrate posts, Hookline sends the relevant text and images to the AI service providers it works with, which process them only to return a result, under contract. The current list of providers is available on request.
Social networks
Connecting an account lets Hookline publish and read results for that account only, with the permissions you approve on the network's own screen. Studying a creator uses only what that network makes public to apps. You can disconnect any account at any time; the tokens are deleted at once.
Security
Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once. Only people you invite can see a brand.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your account is open. Delete a file, a creator or a channel and it's gone. Delete your account (Settings, Account) and everything is deleted within 30 days, including backups.
