Terms of service

The service

Hookline creates social media posts for brands you're allowed to represent and, if you choose, publishes them to accounts you connect.

Your content and accounts

You own your brand materials and the posts made for you. You're responsible for what's published on your accounts, including in Autopilot. Only connect accounts you control, and follow each network's rules.

Fair use of AI

Don't use Hookline to deceive, impersonate others, infringe anyone's rights or post anything unlawful. Hookline checks posts, but you remain the publisher.

Plans and billing

Free trials need no card. Paid plans renew monthly (or yearly, only if you choose it) until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Availability

We work hard to keep Hookline running, but networks change their rules and APIs. Some features (for example, posting publicly to TikTok or YouTube from new apps) depend on each network's approval.
